I am having trouble with the Toggle IO mask function not working regardless of the button I assign it to. I have been using an 8BitDo Micro and have it assigned to the + button, but after this most recent update I am unable to use the Toggle feature entirely. I’ve tried to assign a shortcut for it using Shift + M, and this also does not fix the issue. Thank you in advance.
the Custom Action doesn’t work correctly. When I use the quick select to chose the ‘PlayUS’ but nothing happen.
By the way, when I use the left stick to select items in the quick menu, the selection gets covered by the ‘Back’ button. Additionally, the Xbox controller loses responsiveness after opening dialogs. This is really frustrating. T T

I am new to Contanki. I am currently using the 8BitDo micro remote. Whenever the answer side of the card is large enough to activate the scroll function, it will automatically scroll to the top without any input from me. I can’t seem to get it to stop scrolling. I’ve tried to alter the controls options but the only thing that has helped is turning the scroll speed to 0. However, this eliminates my ability to scroll at all, which is less than ideal. Can you please help with this?

I’ve been running into some issues using my 8Bit-zero 2 remote with my macbook (iPad is working fine). It says that my controller is not showing up or being recognized. I’ve tried everything from resetting contanki, forgetting the device, and even buying a new remote. I haven’t seen any threads on this issue with a solution that works for me, so if you have ideas on what to do, I’d appreciate it!

Contanki add-on cant see my controller (8BitDo) how can i fix that, it was working for more than 6 months but only recently it has stopped - there is no problem with the Bluetooth, my macbook can see the remote only my anki cant seem to connect
I tried connecting my remote to the macbook by cable only this way my anki started connecting to the remote but still if i connect via bluetooth doesn’t work

Hi! Love using the add-on. It makes it so easy to connect my controller and use Anki. It’s a lifesaver. Just wanted to suggest support for multiple button inputs? For instance, on my 8BitDo micro, I’d like to be able to hold L and press A to have a different function than just A alone. Thank you for all you do!
Hi I’m using the Contanki add-on with a 8BitDo Micro controller.
The type of notes I am using are Enhanced Cloze which require to reveal the cloze test by pressing the key “J”.
Therefore I made a binding for a Custom action allowing it.
However, after binding it to a button on the controller, while reviewing the card, it requires me to press the button twice instead of only one as expected.
How can I solve this issue ? Any recommendations?

Hi! I can’t get the Contanki add-on to open since version 25.02.1, or even in newer versions. I get this error message: “Controller not detected. Connect your controller and press any button to initialize.” But my 8BitDo Zero 2 controller is definitely connected by bluetooth, and I’ve tried everything (restarting, uninstalling Anki, and so on, etc.). What should I do? HELPPPPPPP

Hello, after last month’s update, Contanki has stopped detecting my 8BitDo zero2 controller, instead recognizing it as an Xbox 360 controller. I have to go into the add-on tab and change the settings manually anytime I reopen Anki or my controller disconnects. I saw that others were having the same problem and wanted to try reaching out here. Thank you for your hard work!

my Contanki add on doesn’t work anymore. I deleted and reinstalled it multiple times though I cannot connect my 8bitdo zero 2 to Anki anymore. the controller is connected to my laptop (Mac) but it doesn’t work in anki desktop anymore. Also the patch downloader didn’t work, as I thought the problems came due to the latest Anki upgrade (Version 25.09.4). I got the update a few days ago and until yesterday everything worked perfectly! Can someone help me?
