When going through a deck, it only lets me review old cards and then says that I have reached the daily limit for learning new cards. On the home page it shows that I have no new cards to review for any of my decks. (I’m using ankiweb)
That indicates you have a backlog of reviews, and your review limit is not set high enough. Best option is to increase your review limit, but if you want to force the new cards to be shown anyway, there is now an option when you click on Limits.

I have the same problem and I put everything on a really high limit, but still it doesn’t show any new cards, wegen though there are new cards.
What can I do?

But you should work with your accumulated review cards before learning new ones, in my opinion.
