Can’t add new cards 3

My deck will only display review cards to study. Whenever I try and “increase the new limit” or add new cards to study it just adds the equivalent number of reviews.

Ie: my deck will display 30 reviews and no new cards to study. I’ll try and increase the new card limit in ‘custom study’ by 3, and then it just displays 33 review cards and no new ones.

I have tried it on my phone, computer and iPad and the same thing happens every time

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Do you have a backlog of Review cards (or just more than your limit)? They are crowding out your New cards. But you can adjust it. Deck Options - Anki Manual .
