Image doesn’t show neither in learning mode nor in edit mode on my MacBook Pro.
Images and deck were made on iMac in the Desktop App.
On Ankiweb it shows this:
You called it a self-made deck, but you are also talking about importing it – did you make these notes/cards yourself on another computer? Or did someone else make them? Are the images included in the apkg file that you’re importing?
What do you see when you run Tools > Check Media? Are there missing or unused files?
Open the HTML view of that field – by clicking the < > above the field. What is the filename? Is that filename included on the missing or unused list?
it is self made because I made it myself on iMac. The images are included in the apkg file too.
Noticing that iMac Anki has no issue displaying the screenshots, but unfortunately on the phone in the Anki app, MacBook Pro Anki + AnkiWeb are still problematic.
I checked and on the iMac Anki there are 17 unused files
filename is: < img src=“tmp6u3ydobp.png” >
no, it is not listed at all.
All of that suggests that the image is there, but Anki can’t read it for some reason. If you go directly to that tmp6u3ydobp.png file in your collection.media folder [you can click “View Files” from the Check Media window to jump right there] – can you open it in a different program?
Because I see a similarly named file in your unused list –
– you might also check if there’s a tmp_6u3ydobp.png file there.
