Go to “Tools → Check media” and see if you have missing files. if you do, re-download the deck (it should be a large deck i guess) and just import it again.
you can manually check the media folder for the media files if you want.
in this way, you can see the actual images that you have and if you can’t find zanki images in there, it means you’ll have to re-import the deck.
make sure the deck you’re importing isn’t unusually small. anking/zanki decks should be fairly large decks i guess
On Mac computers, recent Anki versions store all their files in the
~/Library/Application Support/Anki2
folder. The Library folder is hidden by default, but can be revealed in Finder by holding down the option key while clicking on the Go menu. If you’re on an older Anki version, your Anki files will be in yourDocuments/Anki
folder.
Yes I have checked before and found there are missing images
I tried to re-download the deck but the problem still there!
are you sure the deck that you are downloading has media?
can you send the link to that deck?
try importing the deck on the latest beta and see if it still doesn’t show images.
Yes it has media and recently updated

Updated to 2.1.28 beta and the problem still there
if the deck has media but it says that you don’t have media. it might be a file name problem.
Some computers treat “file.jpg”, “file.JPG” and “FILE.JPG” all as the same file, but other computers do not. This means that if the deck contains a reference to “dog.jpg” but the file on disk is “dog.JPG”, some devices (including AnkiWeb) will not be able to display the image.
you can manually check the media folder and check the media file names there.
you can check media file names on cards by pressing “Ctrl+shift+X” on the field that has the image
I tried to press the three buttons all together but nothing appears
What should I do now?
not that file name, media file names:

Sorry to tell you that it didn’t work!
I couldn’t find some of the mentioned on my screen (maybe because the last update was on 2013)
Anyway, I’m feeling sorry for you because I took a lot of precious time.
One last question:
It Really consumed my time before my exam, and I’m thinking now of purchasing the IOS app, will this problem appear even with the app?
Thank you again
Problem solved with the ios app
Thank you much for your time and help.
Perhaps you previously imported the deck without media? If the cards are already in your collection, importing another copy with media will not pull in media files of the existing cards - but should do so if you delete the cards before importing.
