IO card feature not working

Hi,

on Mac Anki, on premade decks with IO-cards , the cards only show the image when I try to edit them( no masks are visible). I would need to create new masks on my own and new cards would be created.

The image occlusion cards, that I created myself, are normally shown in preview. When I press “edit image occlusion” all the masks are visible and I can drag them with my mouse.

Can I solve that problem?

I think they were made with Image Occlusion Enhanced rather than native Anki feature, try downloading the add-on and try to edit

what add-on? I have image occlusion enhanced add-on already and still have this issue.

Then I think the question is – are trying to edit them using the add-on’s functionality, or using the built-in Anki functionality (Adding/Editing - Anki Manual)?

If you rename the note type of the notes to Image Occlusion Enhanced (assuming it doesn’t exist yet in your collection), or change the note type to an existing Image Occlusion Enhanced note type, editing should work again.
