I imported a deck containing Image occlusion cards but I cannot view it. How can I fix this?
This looks like it must be a built-in IO note (not an IO Enhanced add-on note). What version of Anki are you using? (Go to Help > About > Copy debug into – paste the result of that here.)
Have you tried starting Anki with add-ons disabled? See #2 on the Troubleshooting Checklist. Troubleshooting - Anki Manual

I tried but still not working
I think your note type must be broken. When you select a note of this type, you should be seeing the Image Occlusion control buttons, and be able to toggle into the IO Masks Editor.
Are these notes using a note type they were imported with (“Image Occlusion” followed by some number of + signs, or some custom name)? Do you have other IO notes that are using the default IO note type on your system and working correctly? If so, the first thing you can try is switching them to that type – select them > Change note type > “Image Occlusion” – then you should get those control buttons.
Delete the note type that these came with, because it’s not working correctly.
