So I am trying to sync my windows app version of Anki with the website version and it keeps telling me my log in info (email or password) is wrong, yet on the website it allows me to sign in and everything.
what do I do?

I can tell you that you don’t have an AnkiWeb account with the email address you used to post here. Is that the address you’re using on the website you’re on?
