I just made an AnkiWeb account and have the Anki desktop app. It won’t let me sync saying that I entered my AnkiWeb ID and password incorrectly. I went to the AnkiWeb and logged in just fine. I have a PC. Could anybody help me?
Please make sure you’re not accidentally adding spaces at the start or end. You could also try change your password from the Account tab of ankiweb.net
You appear to have synced your PC today, so presumably you were able to resolve the problem?
