How do I upload the updated? Is there a one-liner I can use for that?

There’s an update button on that page if you view it while logged in.
Is it possible you are/were logged in using a different AnkiWeb account?

I’m having the same issue where I need to be logged into the same browser I used to upload it originally to update the addon
It’s likely a caching issue. You could try refreshing the page.
