Unable to update Anki for Windows

I’m using Anki Desktop for Windows. I’m stuck on version 2.1.5 no matter what I do. I’ve tried uninstalling and running the installer for 2.1.46 and 2.1.44 but the installed version always says 2.1.5 under Help > About. What can I do to update to the latest version?

I have no add-ons installed, running Windows 10 64-bit.

I found an old version of 32-bit Anki installed on a different drive that my computer kept trying to run instead. Uninstalled it and problem solved.
