Unable to change the number of new cards

Hello everyone.
I have a problem with my AnkiDroid app for Android. The daily number of new cards wont change. A few weeks ago I changed the settings to 1 new card per day because I had a lot of other things on my plate. I now want to change it back to 10 cards but the app wont allow me to do that. I change the setring and the app acknowlidged it, but it does not apply.

Please helpp!

  • Are you sure you’re changing it for the right deck(s)? Is it a parent deck or subdeck?

  • Are you changing it for a whole preset or just one of the decks?

  • Do you have more New cards that are available (not buried, not suspended) in that deck?

Yes, im positive. Im a new user so they wont let me post the video. The number of new cards avilible is over 3000 and I tried changing it both for a single deck and for all of them, as for the subdeck, but noting seems to apply. I also tried deinstalling and reinstalling the app.

You don’t need to reinstall the app, and you don’t need to post a video.

  • How about a screenshot of your Decks page, so you can explain what decks you want to be getting New cards from, and what decks you click to study?
  • Do you have multiple Deck Options presets? Or just one? [In Deck Options, click the dropdown at the top.]

It’s this deck. I have tried now to do it again, and somehow it worked. I do not know what I did diferent…
