UI error with windows display scale

Hi all,

I believe there is an error with how Anki renders the UI when Windows display scaling is in use. When Anki is dragged to my external display, it looks like this:

Note the black bars and cut off answer buttons. It appears the whole UI is shifted downwards and to the right.

The following are my display settings:

Display 1 is my main laptop display, which is 3200x1800 scaled to 200%. The external display is 1920x1200 in portrait scaled to 100%.

Anki renders normally when dragged to the main laptop display (Display 1) but renders incorrect when dragged to the external display (Display 2).

I believe this is a bug in the toolkit Anki is built on, and hopefully a future version will address it.
