Textreplacement for MacOS

Hi there,

The automatic text replacement feature doesn’t work on MacOS. The IOS App supports it.
There should be an extension “Symbols as you type” with this feature, but it seems that it doesn’t support the latest Anki Version 23.12.1
Is somebody working on an implementation yet?

Check for updates/reinstall: preferences -> add-on -> update, Symbols As You Type supports 23.12.1

Anki is built on a cross-platform graphics toolkit, and it unfortunately does not support all platform-specific behavior.
