Anyone else have this problem? I tried restarting my computer and holding down the shift key but nothing is working.

Exactly. I was on a role with pharma. That’s gone now. All of my exam cards were in there I hope it saves/ comes back soon. So much for studying tonight

I am trying to login into my AnkiWeb account from my desktop (MacBook Pro) and it keeps giving me this error:
“An error occurred: Error: unexpected response code: 500”
I tried setting up a new account and the same message appears. I tried Google and browsing through forums but that error does not seem to pop up anywhere else. What I’m ultimately trying to achieve is sync my desktop with AnkiHub. I’m out of options. Please help!
It looks like ankiweb is down. Wait a few minutes, it should go back up soon. Maybe something happened to the server or dae is doing maintenance.
Even attempting to reset my PW results in the same message. I can’t login, I can’t change my PW, and I can’t create a new account. What the heck!!

Can’t Sync, so assume there’s a data issue. Hopefully it’s easy, and quick, to solve.

I get the error message “AnkiWeb encountered an error” when I try to sync. Be it from my Desktop App or AnkiDroid. Also happens using different internet connections. Any one else having the problem ? Is there maintenance going on?

Does it confirm somewhere that the Anki team is aware of the outage?

Y si uso la app en el celular me dice que no se puede sincronizar.
