I am trying to sync my anki on my computer and my phone and it just keeps synching forever without any cards being added or removed (just has the synching popup). Both on my phone and on my computer. I then tried to go onto anki web and when I login it lets me log in but when I click on decks nothing shows up. Is there something wrong with my account? It still lets me do cards but when I try to synch (both with and without wifi) it just says Ankiweb encountered a problem please try again
I am having the same problem. No luck with sync on any platform (windows, iOS or Android). And the same error when I try to login to my Ankiweb account. Is the server down? I don’t think this has ever happened to me before, and I’ve been using Anki for six years now.
Thanks everybody for noticing and reporting it so quickly! It certainly sounds like it was a connection issue that resolved itself. I expect that your in-the-minute reports gave 100s of other people the reassurance that everything would be fine momentarily!
There was a brief period of network instability, but that has since cleared up, and AnkiWeb should be running normally now. If you encounter any further issues, please create a new post.
