I have tried syncing and checking database and media on my desktop decks, but for some reason, my anki decks on my desktop are not syncing to my ankiweb. Old decks that I had previously deleted on the desktop app are showing up on ankiweb, and additionally new decks that I have downloaded in the past few months are not showing up on ankiweb. This is preventing me from being able to use the anki mobile app that I recently downloaded, so I would appreciate any advice on how to proceed. Thank you!
Please check that the email address showing in the syncing preferences screen matches on all your devices, and matches the account you’re logging in as on ankiweb.net
