I keep syncing, but nothing is happening. I play around with review limits and nothing. I’ve looked at other forum posts and can’t seem to find something that helps. Any suggestions?
Your account looks like it is syncing with both devices just fine.
It’s not clear exactly what you’re expecting to match that doesn’t match between the platforms. Can you explain in more detail?
Whether there are New cards to study in any particular deck depends on the cards in that deck and the Options for the deck and its parent- and subdecks. What deck are you expecting to offer you New cards that isn’t doing that?
AnkiMobile and AnkiWeb display the counters in the main Decks list slightly differently from Anki desktop (and AnkiDroid) – so you’ll only have 2 counters instead of 3. That’s normal.
It’s hard to compare those 2 screenshots, because you’re showing us different sets of decks. Your AnkiWeb screenshot only has the subdecks under “Archive,” not the “German” and “Italian” subdecks that you have in the desktop screenshot. But the decks are arranged in the same way, so we’d need more information to understand the issue there too.
