Missing Decks Across Platforms (desktop, mobile, etc.)

Hi all,

New to the forum and Anki and looking for a little help.

I have started using Anki on both my laptop and mobile and it is syncing great there. I had also installed it on my desktop, but when pulling it up today, I realized I have no decks saved there.

The only thing I can think of is that perhaps I used another email address to sign in onto my desktop.

Would appreciate any advice on how to check and resolve this.

Please click on sync and make sure you’re logged in. If you have to log in, please choose download. If it appears to sync but no decks appear, please check in the preferences screen to make sure the email address matches the one used on your other machines.

(Your AnkiWeb account appears to be empty at the moment - if you accidentally uploaded an empty collection to AnkiWeb, please sync one of your other devices and choose upload to restore AnkiWeb. More info: https://docs.ankiweb.net/#/syncing?id=setup)
