New cards on Anki Desktop not synching with mobile platforms or Anki Web

I am making new cards in Anki Desktop and they are not synching with Anki Web or mobile versions. I have uninstalled and re-installed the mobile version with no success. Everything is updated to the V3 scheduler.

I can see and study the new cards on the desktop version, but can’t see them anywhere else. Suggestions??

Maybe you accidentally created two AnkiWeb accounts?

In Anki Desktop, what AnkiWeb account (email address) is shown in Tools / Preferences / Syncing ? And is it the same email address that you used as your username when logging in to the AnkiWeb website?

I think I may have figured it out. I uninstalled and re-installed Anki desktop.

I’ve also noticed there is a 1-2 minute lag between Anki Desktop and Anki Web actually synching with each other. Patience, patience.
