Error, Ankiweb encountered a problem

Looks like the syncing has stopped. Tried both Desktop and Ankimobile.

Thanks

The data center appears to be having some network connectivity issues at the moment; hopefully they will resolve themselves shortly.

This is still happening for me as well. Is there a way to fix this on my Mac? Or is this a data center issue?

c’mon man… it’s literally written.

Hi there! I have tried downloading the image occlusion add-on from a few different links and it’s showing a System Error message everytime I get to the page. Anyone have any tips?

Same over here. I can’t sign in to my account too.

Ok, so i have tried to go through the browse add-ons button/link and it comes up with SYSTEM ERROR every time,This is also the same for the GET STARTED button. .I have also tried using the other versions of Anki, which come up with the same error as before. Is the site just down, or does my computer have a problem?

I got the same problem on my windows laptop and I can’t even sign up for my Anki account. The System Error pops up on the chrome browser. What’s the solution?

The data center people say the problems are because they are currently dealing with a DDoS attack, and they hope to solve the issue soon.

as long as we just keep our anki open, theres no problem unsuspending new cards and doing our reviews right?

I think I’ve managed to figure out a way to work around the issue for now, so things should hopefully be ok now (if a bit slow until the issue gets resolved completely).
