Anki sync down?

Hey, for the last 15+ minutes I haven’t been able to sync. People on https://uptime.com/ankiweb.net seem to agree:

I don’t know if you have some Grafana alerts set up for this, but it won’t hurt to give one more signal about the outage.

I also can’t sync Anki Desktop, Anki Mobile (iOS) or login to AnkiWeb. Error on the AnkiWeb: 504 Gateway Time-out.

I’m looking into it.

Unable to sync either on Mac/iOS/iPad.

I have an exam tomorrow…

I was using the AnkiWeb version and I can no longer look at my previous decks, add new cards, or search for anything. Everytime I click on them, it keeps loading (the blue star keeps spinning) and after a minute this message appears:

Please help

Yep, all – it’s the same for everyone it seems like.

If you can’t wait a bit for an update, you can manually transfer your collection for now – export-import with a COLPKG, and you probably don’t need to include media. See also: Collection Transfer - AnkiMobile Manual

seems sporadically working. It just synced for me, then would not sync again…anyone else the same.

@dae Just tried to sync again, definitely not working.

He already said he’s looking into it. Pinging him again won’t help that happen any faster.

Same here. Errors with sync on Desktop & Web (Switzerland)
