I am trying to sync my Anki so that I can use it on my phone but the Anki on my laptop only lets me log in to AnkiHub and not AnkiWeb. Everytime I click on Sync, it asks me to sign in to AnkiHub and not AnkiWeb. How do I fix that?

You should be able to log in directly in Preferences > Syncing.
If not, disable the AnkiHub add-on, restart Anki, and then try again.
