I am having trouble syncing my anki. It seems like this is a common problem but none of the trouble shoots have worked. The error message I get is they are unable to reach ankihub due to planned maintenance. I tried restarting my computer, updating my computer, reinstalling anki, installing a previous form of anki, etc, but nothing has worked. Would appreciate some help.
To specify, this is only a problem with my mac anki, my phone anki seems to be syncing just fine
Having the same issue. Anki is syncing fine on AnkiDroid, but not on my Windows PC.
You need to talk to AnkiHub about this then – https://community.ankihub.net/ .
The reason you’re only having the issue on desktop is that’s the only place you’re connecting to AnkiHub to get updates. Syncing with AnkiWeb isn’t the problem.
