When I click sync, it is taking an extremely long time and I’ve noticed that the number listed after “added” is being repeated over and over. I’ve tried a debugging code and forcing a one way sync but the problem persists. I’ve even uninstalled the Anki software from my laptop and reinstalled it. I also deleted my anki account. Created a new one and signed in. Nothing has worked.
If you have large files and/or a slow connection, uploading a single file may take a while, meaning the counts will be the same for a while. If your connection is reasonably fast and you don’t have any files over a few megabytes, you’d generally expect to see progress within a few minutes. If it seems permanently stuck, clicking abort and syncing again should pick up where it left off.
