Media Sync Log going on for hours

I’ve just downloaded a huge premade deck and the pop-up window of “Media Sync Log” has been going on for hours.

Was wondering what does that mean?
If I close my Anki application, will there be any issues?

If the counts are changing, it’s normal. You can close the program, and it will pick up where it left off when you next sync. Please see Media files may take time to sync - Frequently Asked Questions

I read a previous post about this and I think I was mentioned that the “goal” is the Checked count. However, my checked amount is 0.

Just wanted to ask if that’s normal?

The number (added) is increasing, which indicates it’s making progress.
