Resetting anki-deck but keeping the history

Hello everyone

For reasons that are quite hard to explain, I have to reset one of my anki-decks completely as if I had never studied with it at all. It is hereby crucial that the cards remain in the exact order in which I originally created them because I have to re-study the cards in the exact same order as I did before. Is that possible? When I resetted the deck, i. e. I clicked on “forget”, the order, in which I would study them, was completely random.

When you reset cards, they’ll take on the order you have them shown in the browse screen, so you can sort by creation date if you want that order to be used.
