Request for Account Reactivation – AnkiWeb

Dear AnkiWeb Support Team,

I am writing regarding an issue I encountered while attempting to log in to my AnkiWeb account. I received the following message: “Sorry, that email address appears to have marked one of our emails as spam in the past, so we can no longer send to it.”

In an effort to resolve the matter, I deleted my account and attempted to sign up again using the same email address. However, I received the same error message.

I would be grateful if you could kindly assist in reactivating my account or advising on the necessary steps to resolve this issue. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my side.

Your best bet is to use a different email address and set up a new AnkiWeb account.

When your account still existed, I could have tried removing the spam-block so you could give it one more try. But (1) that usually isn’t successful, and (2) now that the account is deleted, I can’t access it either.

Make sure you use an address that you won’t lose access to in the future, so you’ll continue to be able to get emails from us about your account. See also: Emails not being received - Anki FAQs
