I have just updated my Anki cards and the question cards have disappeared in most of my decks but not all .The answers have all disappeared as well from most of the cards but not all of them.
ALL I AM GETTING is “This card is blank. More information”
When I look in the Brows section you can see the answers displayed in the side menu (Back), but not on the actual cards, although there is nothing in the “front card” in the side menu.
On the Home menu it shows the Cards listed with the number of cards in each deck, but I cant see the cards

I have about 28 decks the last 3 i created display fine and the ones imported but the other decks just say “front of card blank” and the back of the card is blank but I can see the answers in “browse” mode in the side bar labelled “Back”
Can you export a note and send it here? I think you’ll need to do that through Google Drive. I think the template might have some problems.
You say in the browser you don’t see the front of your cards? Does the front contain fields with text etc? Otherwise it will be blank. And yes you wouldn’t be able see either side of the card if front is blank.
It will not work without text in the front. As far as I know, you also can’t create cards if the first field doesn’t have text in it. If you want to export the collection/deck you will have to upload it elsewhere first, then send a link here.
We can’t see your original picture because you put your first post entirely in a code block. I think your question is going to be hard to answer without that.
You don’t need to export your whole deck, or a note, or anything else.
What we need to see are your templates – 3 dots menu > Manage note types > (find the note type you’re asking about) > Edit cards > (choose the card you’re asking about) > Copy as Markdown. Paste that here in a code block please – put ``` before and after it ```.
And we need to see one of the notes that you’re having trouble with – a screenshot is probably fine as long as it shows the fields.
As I already told you, the {{Front}} field which is in the front needs to have text in it. It can not be blank. The other decks you say that are working fine, can you confirm they have empty front, i.e., nothing in the {{Front}} field?
The data has disappeared in the blank decks so have reinstalled a back up from 6 days ago and its working fine, only lost a few days work but at least everything is working now, don’t know how it got corrupted but thank you for your help
