When I try to import a deck (.apkg) to my account my anki (2.1.32) gets stuck on processing for hours sometimes even crashing my pc (windows 10). I tried reinstalling the deck and anki but neither fixed the issue. No matter how many times I try, I can’t seem to import the deck. Please help
Yes I looked at it and followed all those steps, yet still run into the same issue.
Anki stays on processing when importing the deck and crashes my computer.
If your computer is crashing, perhaps your system is running out of memory. Have you tried importing into a new profile, with no add-ons running?
