I tried to import an anki deck and now the app seems jammed. The app has been stuck on the processing page for over 5 hours now. I am not able to quit the app or discontinue the import. I have also tried restarting my computer which I am unable to do because Anki will not “force quit”. The deck itself was only 30 notecards so I’m unsure what is taking so long. I have space on my computer for the import as well. Any help is much appreciated.
It does sound like a bug, and force quit should work - what happens when you try it?
