Os Error 10054 Anki Desktop

I have tried everything in my power to resolve this error in my Anki Windows, and I can’t.
I bought Anki for IOS less than a week ago, I never had a sync problem that I could not solve and now my mobile app was useless. I’m really worried! Can anyone help?

PS.: I use Kaspersky Antivirus, but I always disable the VPN.

This is the window that pops up for me, first it’s “checking,” then this message pops up.

Try disabling the antivirus software completely.
