Network Syncing Error on Desktop

Someone else got the same error recently, and the solution turned out to be completely disabling the antivirus software.

I have tried everything in my power to resolve this error in my Anki Windows, and I can’t. I bought Anki for IOS less than a week ago, I never had a sync problem that I could not solve and now my mobile app was useless. I’m really worried! Can anyone help? PS.: I use Kaspersky Antivirus, but I always disable the VPN. This is the window that pops up for me, first it’s “checking,” then this message pops up. [ERRO_10054_ANKI]
