I keep on getting this error message every time I try to sync my decks. Can anyone please help? I’ve already uninstalled anki and reinstalled it but the error message keeps on coming up. I’ve changed my wifi settings and checked VPNs, but still no change.
Do you have an antivirus program? Perhaps try disabling that completely to see if it’s the problem.
I just tried turning off my Kaspersky and I still get the same error message
You may need to add an exception for Anki to it, and check any other software like firewalls, VPNs, etc.
