Anki not working(anywhere!) os error 10060

Hello everyone! For some reason, my Anki isn’t working anywhere! In the PC and mobile versions it won’t sync, and the web page version won’t even load in any browser I tried! I have been having this problem since yesterday. (Before this, everything was working properly)
Here’s a print of the error on the PC version:

I saw some previous topics mentioning it might be a Proxy problem, I read the Anki Manual entry on this, but I’m not very good with computers so I didn’t really understand what I was supposed to do to fix it.

Any idea on how I can fix this?
