I can’t get anki to sync on mobile or on my laptop. Does anyone have any suggestions?
On both desktop and mobile versions, my anki account will not sync. I have tried using wifi and data both and in both cases it produces an error. In the desktop version, it also produces the error attached. Please help!
i am experiencing this too. same message and os error 10060
It appears that one of the AnkiWeb servers has developed a hardware fault. I have contacted the network centre and asked them to look into the issue. Please hold tight while they look into it.
The power supply has been replaced, and the server is back up, so syncing should work correctly again now.
Wow, that was a fast turnaround! Any possibility of corruption etc.?
