I got this this morning, there are no new apps or new firewall set, my computer setting is essentially the same in recent half year

Same here. Might it not be us but Anki itself.

Anki worked for me earlier today but I’m having issues now too.
EDIT: It’s working for me again. Happy studying everyone! 
I could still sync 2 hours ago but now this happen.
