I am currently getting this error when I try to sync my desktop Anki app with the AnkiWeb. My internet connection is working as normal. I’m not sure how to solve this issue, and I would appreciate any help I can get. I am not a very tech savvy person, so if you could try to give advice at a novice, non-coder level, that would be fantastic! Thank you!

what port is going to be used for the sync? My Firewall/Antivirus Admin may ask for that.
