Organizing by tag on Windows 10

I uploaded a deck to Anki Desktop on my Windows computer. I know that the deck is organized by tags because I can see them in “manage tags” but I cannot find a way to create decks specific to the cards tagged in the groups I want or only go through certain tagged sections of that deck. Do you all have any tips?

You can create a custom study session, to go through cards with a particular tag.
