Can we review cards with specified tag?

you can either create a custom study session or use a filtered deck.

Creating custom study session
  1. on the deck overview, click on “Custom Study” on bottombar
  2. select “Study by card state or tag” then select “Due cards only”
  3. click on “Choose tags” and select the tags you want to include or exclude then click on “OK”
  • in this way you can only have due cards or new cards in one custom study session deck
Creating filtered deck
  1. press “F” anywhere in anki
  2. add “tag:YOUR_TAG” to the search bar
    you can click on “Build” if you don’t want new cards in your filtered deck. but if you want to have new cards too:
  3. check the “Enable second filter” checkbox
  4. add “tag:YOUR_TAG” to the search bar under the second filter title
  5. click on “Build”
