No new cards being shown after update

I updated to 23.12.1 Qt6 and my deck is no longer giving me any new cards. I checked the database, and it contains new cards. It asked me to update to the v3 scheduler on PC, which I did. On my AnkiDroid, the new cards do appear. Syncing does not seem to help, as it updates my progress for the old cards but not for the new ones. My phone is not running the new scheduler.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

You can deactivate that behaviour by activating the “New cards ignore review limit” option in Deck options, but wouldn’t recommend that.
