I have been searching all over online and I cannot seem to fix my problem. I am a medical student, and during my spring semester, my cards wouldn’t move from the red pile until I hit good 2-3 until good said 1 day. Now, when I press good for a card, it immediately goes to review in about 2-3 days, when also when I pressed grood for it to review 1 day, it would not show up for review the next day. I don’t know how to fix it, I had the FSFR turned on, but I also have the same problem when I turn the FSFR off, although I don’t know if thats the problem, because I had FSFR last semester and did fine. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
This preset has 2 learning steps – so you’d need to grade a card Good twice to graduate it to Review. If that’s not happening –
- This preset is used by 4 decks. Is the specific subdeck this card is in one of those decks? Or is its subdeck assigned to a different preset with different learning steps? [Don’t just say that it is. You should actually check. Subdecks assigned to the wrong preset is more common than you think.]
- Have you looked at the Card Info for one of these cards that requires too many or too few grades to graduate?
- Do you have good syncing habits – meaning, you sync when you open the app on a device, and when you close/leave the app on that device, every time?
