Cards studied yesterday remain in the (Red) column today (FSRS Enabled or disabled same result))

I’m encountering a frustrating scheduling issue with a specific sub-deck, and the cards are failing to graduate into the “Review” (Green) status, despite being successfully studied on previous days.

  1. I study a batch of cards, move them through their initial learning steps (e.g., press “Good” on the final step).

  2. My study streaks/days learned increase (e.g., I have a 2-day streak on one deck).

  3. The next morning, the total count of cards in the sub-deck is still primarily in the (red) column, instead of moving to the “Review” (Green) column.

  4. For example, today my deck has 300 Learning cards and 0 Review cards, even though I completed a session on this deck the day before yesterday.

    I tried everything on FAQ

Can you share the info of any of the cards that’s not graduating (right click on the card in a browser → Info or MoreCard Info during review)? Also, what are the exact settings for the Learning steps in the subdeck?

You didn’t include the Card Info for any specific cards – but since you have a 1d learning step, it’s not surprising you have cards stay in Learn for multiple days. On the first day, you’re not graduating them to Review – you’re moving them to next day still in Learn. Deck Options - Anki Manual
