Media Failing to Upload w/ New Decks

Hi! In the last few weeks, when I try to publish a new deck, I always get the following image about my media failing to upload:

I thought the issue would resolve itself because this never used to happen, but it hasn’t. Any thoughts on what’s going on and how I can fix it? I really want to share the decks with my wife, but we need the photos in the study decks.

Is this happening when you’re trying to sync your collection between your device and AnkiWeb? Or is it happening on AnkiWeb when you’re trying to share a deck publicly?

If you’re just sharing with one person, export/import as APKG might be an easier way to go about this. Sharing Decks Privately - Anki Manual .

When I’m trying to share the deck publicly.

  • Are you sure that the deck is fully synced from your device to AnkiWeb – including the media?
  • Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies for ankiweb.net in your browser? You’ll need to log in to the site again after that.
  • Which deck is it?
