Images not found in media folder for app, but seen on anki web

Hi anki world-

I am trying to download my anki deck from anki web to a iPad Pro’s anki app. I have the app on my phone and it works fine. However, no images appear. The “sync images” tab is on on all devices, and the images appear on anki web as well. In the “check media tab” it says “The following images are referenced by cards, but were not found in the media folder”. Any idea how to transfer these images over?

I did- it said media file sync complete.
