I really hope it’s just a bug and it does not mean that it is definitely lost. Can anyone help me?
If you are syncing these images to this device for the first time, it may take a few tries to get all of the media. You can run Check Media after each sync to make sure it is making progress (i.e. fewer missing files). Media files may take time to sync - Anki FAQs
