I have problems installing add ons in my Mobile AnkiDroid under android 13 and do not find any solutions on the internet. May anyone explain how to install add ons in Android 13?

This is not supported currently on mobile devices.
If you install postmarketos, you can run the desktop version of Anki on your mobile device. It supports add-ons, naturally. Another advantage is that the desktop version is less laggy.
