Is there is any regular schedule for occasionally updating the Python version? On PC, Anki Desktop installs python39.dll in the Programs\Anki directory, which is Python 3.9.15. More recent versions of Python have had significant speed improvements and better error messages.
We can’t update to a newer Python version until the packaging tool Anki uses gets updated to support the newer Python releases.
