Python 38.DLL problem

Hello, my problem is that i can’t open Anki 2.1.35
This appers in my screen, i don’t how to install this “Python 38.dll” Or how setting my computer to find this. Also i was searching this file manually in anki 2.1.29 but i couldn’t.
