Hierarchical Tags Addon NOT working

I am using MileDown’s MCAT Decks. The [Hierarchical Tags Addon] would help navigate the decks, but most importantly contribute significantly to passing my upcoming MCAT exam. PLEASE HELP FIX THIS ADDON. The information the laptop displays regarding this matter is presented below.

Your version is very outdated, we currently at 23.12.1

if it is Linux, then use the official package or flatpak (unofficial)
